What happens to my deposit if I have to re-schedule or cancel my party?

Accepted Answer

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your event with fewer than 14 days’ notice, we are pleased to offer either a 50% refund to your original form of payment or a credit valid for up to two years from the original booking date.

For changes made within 8 days of your event, a 25% credit will be issued, valid for up to two years from the original booking date in the form of a company credit only.

Can you blow up balloons that we provide you?

Accepted Answer

Yes.   While we are happy to accommodate our customers and inflate any mylar or thick plastic pool floats they provide.  But we will not be liable for failed performance, floating life or inflation life of the items our customers provide to us.

Question 3

What if we want to have our performers or rentals extended for a longer party period?

Accepted Answer

We always strive to make our customers happy, so if we are able to leave your concession machine or tables & chair rentals with you for a longer party period than initially rented, we will (at an additional cost).  
 
If you want one of our performers or artists to stay longer, they will be happy to as long as they aren't booked for another event (at an additional hourly cost).
 
Unfortunately, sometimes we aren't able to accommodate the extended rental and performance request, and that is because we have other customer's waiting to party with them too!
