We are proud to serve both the South & North Shores of Long Island, with our headquarters being located in The Hamptons. We also provide services for both Nassau & Suffolk Counties and all of the New York, New Jersey & Connecticut areas.

What happens to my deposit if I have to re-schedule or cancel my party?

Sometimes things come up that can't be helped. So if you have to re-schedule or cancel your event with less than 14 days notice, we will issue you a 50% refund.
Can you blow up balloons that we provide you?

Yes. While we are happy to accommodate our customers and inflate any latex, mylar or pool floats they provide, we will not be liable for failed performance, floating life or inflation life of the items our customers' provide us.
What if we want to have our performers or rentals extended for a longer party period?

We always strive to make our customer's happy, so if we are able to leave your bouncy house, water slide or party rental with you for a longer party period than initally rented, we will (at an addtional cost). If you want one of our performers or artists to stay longer, they will be happy to as long as they aren't booked for another event (at an additonal hourly cost). Unfortunately, sometimes we aren't able to accommodate the extended rental and performance request, and that is because we have other customer's waiting to party with them too!
