Made from 100% cotton canvas, hand printed with eco-friendly ink. Double stitched reinforced velcro closure and measures 13" from back of the neck. Cape is to be used under adult supervision. Bloomers are made of kona cotton, elastic waist and leg-holes keep them right where they should be!
